Functional Buildup

1. Air filtration(pre-filter, medium filter, HEPA filter can be chosen according to cleanness grade)

3. Wheel dehumidification(including wheel, drive motor, regeneration fan, regeneration heating system etc.)

Specification

It can achieve the efficiency of normal temperature and low humidity through controlling the output air temperature by the combined dehumidification of wheel and refrigeration. After being cooled and dehumidified in pre-cooling process, the process air goes across the wheel for further dehumidification, achieving low humidity efficiency, then the air with normal temperature and low humidity is discharged to certain room by fan after post-cooling process. We can provide technical design for dehumidification according to customers’ requirements. It will need providing cooling water T≤7℃ when using ZCB Series dehumidifiers, or it can be equipped with refrigeration machine with suitable cooling load.
