US-based biopharmaceutical company Kadmon Holdings (Kadmon) has announced a public offering of common stock shares to raise up to $40m in total.

The company plans to use the funds towards clinical development of its product candidates and general corporate purposes.

Antares Pharma has announced plans to raise $30m through a public offering of its common stock shares.

The US-based specialist pharmaceutical company plans to use the funds for general corporate purposes.

SK Capital has announced plans to acquire Perrigo API, the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) business of Perrigo Company, for $110m.

SK Capital is a private investment firm based in the US, while Perrigo is an Irish healthcare company. The transaction will complement the existing businesses of SK Capital.
