PSA oxygen generation working principle:

The unit uses dual-tower atmospheric pressure or vacuum adsorption analytical processes (PSA or VPSA for short), and uses molecular sieve to adsorb nitrogen from air, realize oxygen separation and extraction, and produce 90-95% rich oxygen. While making the rich oxygen, it also outputs decomposed gas containing nitrogen and other gaseous impurities, which is usually discharged into the atmosphere.
