Sundia has been focusing its efforts on building a team and expertise around nervous system research.
Our senior members have extensive knowledge and experience in related research areas, such as depression/anxiety and neuropathic pain. Our senior medicinal chemists have accumulated many years of experience in designing compounds that target the nervous system. Our key senior members in the Biology department have extensive knowledge and experience in setting up in vitro assays such as binding and functional assays for GPCR targets, and establishing animal models, such as those for depression and pain. Our senior staff in DMPK possess the experience, knowledge, and skills for setting up proper experiments to characterize compounds for their pharmacokinetic requirements as drugs and drug candidates.
