INDICATIONS AND USAGE

Mainly indicated for:

Peptic ulcer bleeding;  

Acute gastric mucosal damage and gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by NSAIDs at a state of stress.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Adults:

1. Intravenous injection: 20 mg once, twice a day. Dissolve with 20 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or glucose injection, and inject intravenously slowly or mix with infusion for intravenous drip.
2. Intramuscular injection: 20mg once, twice a day. Dissolve with 1~1.5 mL of water for injection, and injected intramuscularly.

Children:

The dosage is 0.4 mg/kg once, twice a day, and used as the same above.
