The production environment of the factory is clean, with a closed workshop of 5000 square meters. The product pre- cleaning process is in the D level clean area. The cleaning, drying and testing are in the C level clean area, and the inner package is sealed under the A-level laminar hood of the C level clean zone.
We have internal mixer, open mill, Taiwan Dong Yu full-automatic vacuum vulcanization machine as well as our unique self-designed automatic cleaning machine which can make stoppers, surface much cleaner. We also introduced in high-speed detection equipment, ensure our stoppers' surface defective qualified rate above 99.9%, With continuous improve-ment in product technology and formulation, our butyl rubber stopper cleanliness reaches international advanced level.
